MERCH STORE FAQ:
How long does shipping take?

This official web store of Eleine is run by Eleine Productions AB. 
After your order is placed, your order will be packed and shipped the upcoming Monday. Signed versions of the purchased items might take longer but we always send you an email if that's the case.

Within Sweden: 1-3 business days
Within EU: 5-7 business days
Rest of the world: 7-14 business days (can be more due to customs)

Have you paused shipping to any EU countries at the moment due to the PPWR law?

Yes - some EU countries will be affected. See list further down below. 
All non-listed countries will not be affected - we ship to you as normal! 🤘

The topic will be discussed within EU in October, and we hope for changes for smaller stores like ours so we can re-open this option.

Until then - a few tips! 

• Pre-order the upcoming album "The Water Taste Of Blood" at your local retailer! Our album will be available as pre-order world wide because of our great distribution company. So if not from ours, you will be able to get your hands on the same products through your more local retailers. If you have trouble finding a retailer - email us and we will help you at info@eleine.com

• Find a legion friend in Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden or The Netherlands to help you order whatever merch you'd like to have from our web store and let them send it to you. Shipping between private persons is no problems - this only affects companies. 

• Come to the shows! We bring a bunch of merchandise on tour and we are coming to several EU countries where you can buy directly from us without any problem! 

• If you can't find a legion friend to help you, and you so badly would like a specific merch item - email us at info@eleine.com and we would love to try and find a solution. Our fans is the most important to us, you are what makes this roll!
